QLE – Module 4

Now let’s wrap up the QLE process! In this module we will cover how to extend the problem by linking it to other potential problems that the client mentions throughout this process. Our client has a clear problem and desires a solution; this module will teach you how to discover and expand the consequences of the clients problems and find the collective answers to their issues. We will go over closing techniques and when to use them and summarize their stated objectives in order of their importance.
