QLE – Module 1

We often listen not to understand, but to immediately reply. Often times, the next question lies within the response—a fascinating process. This module will address practicing the art of silence and attentive listening. We will show you how to avoid interrupting when someone is speaking or formulating their answer, the importance of note-taking for understanding, and learning that empathy stems from understanding which fosters meaningful connections.
