QLE – Module 3

Goals & Objectives

Module 3 is about discovering who you are talking to. We will discuss the importance of following the leader, growing the client’s needs, RUNCLEAR/note-taking, and the process of clarifying, expanding support, and linking. Module 3 will also cover the concept that the seriousness of the problem must outweigh the cost of solution and that the client needs to feel the problem in order to express their concerns.
