QLE – Module 2

What do you bring to a meeting? How do you approach the interaction? This module will cover the importance of establishing an inquisitive nature and developing an effective questioning process. There are four parts to this process: Preliminaries, Investigating, Ramifications, and Obtaining Commitment. We will discuss the percentage of time spent on each questioning section, using nuance words to structure your next question, and delve deeper into the listening skills we discussed in Module 1.
